About Shared Ground Community Gardens

Purpose:

This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including but not limited to: establishing and maintaining community gardens that provide access to fresh, locally grown produce; promoting environmental sustainability; and offering therapeutic gardening programs that support mental health and emotional well-being. The organization will engage in educational outreach, volunteer opportunities, and community-building initiatives to foster personal growth, social connection, and holistic wellness.
